We find empty warehouse space with power and fiber access, and in as little as 4 months, we convert it to a data center. At half the capital cost. The skid-mounted, prefabricated modular system holds 24 racks, and comes ready to plug 'n play. The modular container acts like a super-efficient refrigerator, delivering power and cooling to the racks based on their need. Operating efficiency jumps 85%.

With our cost, time and efficiency savings, we can grab immediate share in a market growing 25% CAGR ('14-'17). We are opening up two data centers in Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN for mid-tier and larger enterprises companies, then expanding into neighboring secondary markets like Nashville and Birmingham where there is great demand but low data center capacity. Eventually, we expand from the Southeast region to go across the U.S.
