DC Prep careers

We are a network of public charter schools that serve over 2000 students in preschool through 8th grade. Our schools are tuition free and open to any student in the Washington D.C area. We set high expectations in a warm and nurturing environment, resulting in a community of learners, teachers, and families. We emphasize healthy social development and foster a positive learning environment where students are supported to develop strong study habits and a voice. Frequent informal and formal communication with families, including regular phone contact, quarterly conferences, etc., build trust and parent/teacher teamwork to achieve the best outcome for every student. Our schools are positive, purposeful places that reflect respect for the students and teachers who learn and work there. We are excited to share that, for the eighth year running, DC Prep is the highest-performing network of public charter schools citywide! In addition, all five campuses earned a Tier 1 ranking on the DC Public Charter School Board's 2019 School Quality Reports, the highest ranking for all public charter schools in the city.
