Introducing Automated Scheduling. Daysaver is a cloud service that uses machine learning to enable companies to automatically schedule appointments that your customers want. Daysaver’s matching engine compares available services with your customer’s stored preferences and calendar availability. Whenever relevant matches are found—the ones customers want to know about.

The Daysaver Engine works with your existing scheduling database, CRM, or practice management system and with consumer calendar platforms like Google, Outlook and iCal. You tag the services and/or resources you want to be managed by the Daysaver Engine. Customer’s sign up for notifications of available services and/or resources and specify preference settings. Daysaver does the rest by pulling service and resource availability from your scheduling database, CRM, or business management system and matching that with your customer’s preferences and calendar availability
