Culture and benefits at DATRO Consortium

We're primarily a growing group of ex British/ US military tech guys still in our 30's, who broke the mold of defense contracting and institutional safety nets, to collaborate with younger and more pioneering technology innovators and outside-of-the-box thinkers our generation. Our remote/ satellite operations run from a Caribbean coastline entitled the Scottish Bay. Here we research, develop, integrate and trial our cutting edge communications technologies, surrounded by a lot less red tape and bureaucracy and more freedom than UK/US type regimes offer to just crack on and focus energy, attention and funds on mission critical ops e.g. developing rapidly deployable and scalable communications software and services (as oppose to depleting resources on keeping up with the Jones, politics and compliance etc - which we're concerned our countrymen in the west (still under the statism doctrine) continue to do long after the proverbial economic "music" has stopped, to their absolute detriment. Combined with sun, sea, sand and surf the Caribbeans Scottish Bay is fast becoming one of the worlds last true safe havens that directly contrast the true global epidemic of surveillance, panic, fear, pressure and stress. When we're not enjoying reading and writing lines of code, we're eating wholesomely, enjoying gaming, movie nights and/or being one with nature e.g. waterfalls, beaches, countryside walks and mountain hikes etc. The native populous exhibit some desperation and petty incompetence and negligence at times, but hearts are generally cleaner than UK/US troublemakers e.g. occultists with the ingenuity and maleficence to bribe state-sponsorship, walk streets free and silence their accuser. Here it's a sort of western military/ jungle field exercise / spanish coastline holiday of luxury villas, beachbars and kite-surfing (but with less falseness, aesthetics and superficialness experienced being on resorts/ around gold-diggers, wannabe bloodlines and parasitic socialites).
