We have our own method that allows us to supply our client’s initiatives with clean and relevant information at the speed of an agile initiative, with out-of-the-box business and transactional interoperability across the process and IT landscape - and without the overhead of forced terminology consensus nor boring artefact maintenance. We have developed free and opensource tooling to support the implementation of the method, and we have Data Engineers that specialise in embedding our deliverables into the implementer’s landscape. We deliver professional services, with time-to-value for the client of just a few sprints. We also have an R&D branch working on perfecting our method and tooling. We don’t trade in presentations and strategy sessions. We prefer delivering the first concept and evolving it over talking about the perfect solution. We believe in human value on top of business value - therefore we explore synergies between our client initiatives and projects aiming at creating a better world around us. We don’t just think out of the box; we flip the box and use it as a drawing board for our ideas.
