Interoffer aims to centralize operations for transacting USA real estate by creating a full-service portal for communication, offer management, and deal flow. The tool will centralize and organize all communication into property-specific channels as well as person-specific channels, where all interactions related to a particular property are organized and easily accessible. The system would allow agents to organize and manage saved properties for themselves and their clients, view them in various formats, and communicate directly with other agents, eliminating the need for scattered spreadsheets and ensuring that all information is stored efficiently. Interoffer would streamline the offer-making process by allowing users to upload brokerage documents, utilize offer templates, and fill out standardized forms that automatically populate underlying legal documents, which can then be sent and received through the platform. The platform will include profiles that provide indications of credibility so that all parties can proceed with confidence. Interoffer will have integrations with common USA real estate tools like Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Qualia, and others.
