Dastia careers

Dastia is a governed AI management runtime for service businesses. We help teams bring company context, projects, tasks and decisions together, turning everyday management routines into agent-assisted execution with human approval and evidence.

Service businesses often coordinate multiple clients and projects across scattered conversations, documents and tools. Our focus is helping founders and team leaders preserve context, clarify priorities and follow through on commitments.

Our approach combines a conversational interface with explicit policies, review and traceability. Human authority remains central: AI supports management while people retain control over consequential decisions and actions.

Based in Campo Grande, Brazil, Dastia is building for the practical needs of service businesses, including agencies and consultancies.
