We're HUGE proponents of a LIFE-WORK harmony approach to the way we do things. Let's face it, there is no such thing as work-life balance. Life and work don't exist independently, it's all integrated. We've all been guilty of working ourselves to the ground so much so that we lose sight of what's really important. Our time is all we have and we just want to have fun and do what we love! The global pandemic has shifted our daily lives and the way we work. We're firm believers in creating harmony with life and work. Your health is truly your wealth - as corny and cliche as it sounds. Our culture fosters whole health (mind, body, and soul) and we stand by it every day. Model of Work We've embraced a four-day workweek so we're in the office from Monday through Thursday! Isn't this awesome?! You're now probably wondering, "how does a startup get away with this?" As mentioned before, we believe in creating harmony between life and work. We'd rather you come 100% for all four days and get some solid R&R as opposed to spending your weekend catching up on adulting ? (i.e. chores, cleaning, grocery shopping, etc.). You'll actually get time to fully unplug and come back on Mondays, ready for the workweek at full speed! Why this model you ask? It's so important to be able to talk shop, but also break away for YOU (and or family + friends) time.
