DashLabs careers
DashLabs is an EdTech consultancy located just outside of the United States capitol, boasting of a client base that includes the U.S. Army, U.S. Naval Sea Cadets Corps, Smithsonian Institution, World Bank, ICF International, USAID and more. Our work requires a robust operation with several moving pieces, careful client engagement, and keen attention to quality control--a combination that is successful after extended months or years of development time.
Most of our clients have an immediate need when they come to us. Some others, who would be potential clients, can't afford to invest the amount of time and money into the operation especially without an immediate return on the investment. Our competition, like us, has been left to follow the industry standards for eLearning production nonetheless, which places our clients ina position where they must build the product first, reep the benefits later.
Enter: SurTous
DashLabs has been working on a concept called, SurTous (sir-too), which is french for "on all." SurTous is a product we wish to build and launch that automates 75% of the work we must otherwise do manually. To add perspective, eLearning development follows the famous ADDIE model--Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation.
Traditionally, Analysis and Eval are shortened or overlooked, and therefore negatively impacting the DDI phases and causes them to draw out longer anyway. In many cases, it is because teams lack the unique Instructional Systems Design skillset needed to hone in on the pedagogical methods that apply to eLearning. SurTous will remove the need for a savvy ISD and allow clients to rapidly jump directly into Development and Launch (implementation).
Given COVID, this is needed now more than ever. Our product will allow clients *and* firms like DashLabs to build eLearning solutions in a fraction of the time. Essentially, our clients and our competition would become our customer.
