My most fulfilling moment with a customer: Shortly after we opened our store, someone reached out to me with a couple of questions about different products. It was an unexpected but very fulfilling interaction; he was looking for a non-traditional gift for a proposal to his girlfriend. I was able to recommend some pieces that have distinctive and carefully detailed designs, which I created to inspire the person wearing them. With our affordable prices for a lasting piece, he was able to find what he was looking for.
