The 1-sentence elevator pitch goes something like this: We want to help you stop making excuses.

What we are doing at DamnFit is trying to identify the types of incentive that foster self-motivation.

Our first product is a mobile app that will allow users to raise money for charity by completing self-assigned fitness goals. Not only will users be able to help others simply by being active, but also they will find themselves a part of a team fighting for a common goal. We believe that by coupling social incentive with philanthropic inspiration in a team setting that we can change bad habits.

We hope to build an entire community of individuals looking to better their own lives and the lives of others.
