• Manage and optimize computation and data for machine learning experiments at large scale

• Develope and own a research agenda that is both ambitious and deliverable for dialogue systems, especially using the latest advancements in machine learning annd large language models.
• Research and prototype novel methods that can improve the end-to-end performance of dialogue systems.

Role
As an early engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our company and our technology. You will work closely with our founding team to design and develop our platform for serving large language models from the ground up.
