Cyrus solves difficult protein engineering and structure prediction problems using the most scientifically advanced, powerful, and laboratory-proven software tools available, alongside unique human-cell-based massively-parallel protein screening. We discover drugs internally and in partnership across a range of indications from infectious disease to auto-immune to rare disease. Cyrus's software platform is based primarily on Rosetta out of Prof. David Baker's lab, paired with ML/AI methods and a suite of modern chemical modeling tools such as Openeye.
