Most enterprise team leads struggle to make their teams collaborate. They keep introducing new collaboration tools to fix this issue; the problem, however, is not the lack of good tooling, but the team's broken social network, peoples' commitment to the company and the (lack of) shared values.

Leaders don't have time to explore these issues in depth, so they keep fixing symptoms. They keep grinding the team until they fail. We exist to give leaders and teams a map to navigate their social network and fix these issues, which leads to better collaboration.

We've built a SaaS app that shows these issues, the team's social network, the key players and suggests actions to improve collaboration. We're using network science algorithms that we've validated with 16 customers already, companies between 20 - 1,000 employees.

This will be a major breakthrough in management science, the light at the end of the tunnel of large companies getting productive again.
