We work in this close alpha team that loves what we’re building, using best of DevOps, application & infrastructure monitoring/scaling tools, agile development processes and product design & management tools. The team works on Agile principles, better yet, lives upto them. A balance of business outcome and developer experience is built into the work processes with defined sprints, dev participation in defining sprint goals. Goal is to build a lean team of 10X developers.
