Cumulus aims to provide underrepresented minorities students access to resources, community, and mentorship opportunities to assist them in their exploration of careers to find their calling. Our founding team came together because we all experienced a similar struggle: a lack of exposure to and exclusion from the recruiting and the job search. Workplaces lack representation and inclusion of Women, LGBTQ+, Black, Latinx, and many other identity groups. We want high school and college students to be able to easily access resources, meet amazing people, feel a sense of community, and say "I can do this, I can achieve my dream". We fight to provide current high school and college students with an experience we wish we had. An experience that encourages exploration and discovery in a personalized and safe environment because there is a place for everyone in the career of their dreams.
