At CultureMesh, we've built the first social networking platform to connect people via a common nation, region, city, or language, at any location on the globe – a living and breathing network of all the world's diasporas. We were promoted by the US State Department upon our launch, are the only tech startup with a sitting foreign ambassador on its founding team, and are currently the official diaspora outreach tool of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan, India, and Indonesia.

Though global diasporas number in the hundreds of millions, existing social utilities are siloed into separate websites for every people group, buried beneath other content, and/or stuck in the past, with old-school web forums. However, by creating a single social utility to meet the needs of any diaspora population, at any location, and in any language, we've started to turn the existing paradigm on its head.
