Crux was founded by Jacob and Nathan Bennett. We are two brothers who grew up in London but have called the US home for over a decade. Outside of work, Jacob’s life is governed by his 9-month-old son. Nathan occasionally moonlights as a ski instructor. Our family and friends are the most important thing in our lives but cooking and eating good food comes in a close second. We pride ourselves on being people first. We believe in the conviction of ideas, backed by a willingness to engage in constructive dialogue and push back when challenged. Our humility guides us to recognize when we’re wrong or at the point of our own limitations, and to seek input when needed, fostering an environment where mistakes are embraced as learning opportunities (and occasionally sources of humor). We're not afraid to dive headfirst into the unknown and navigate uncharted waters together. We celebrate diversity and encourage a range of interests, recognizing that a well-rounded individual brings unique perspectives to the table.
