Cruize enables capital-efficient asset hedging by tokenizing price-protected positions. The protocol expands on the perpetual futures model to unlock perpetual options positions to permanently hedge assets. Price pegged wrapped tokens called crTOKENs (ex - crETH for ETH) are minted for hedged assets that have permanent price floors and can be used across DeFi as price-protected assets to enable direct utility of hedged assets. The protocol thus enables the creation of a new asset class wrapped on top of staked tokens that is price-protected and is also usable across the broader ecosystem.

We are providing tokenized asset hedging which has expansive utility across DeFi and the potential for supporting several asset classes down the line. We are therefore building for a $150B+ market with potential for even more growth considering alternate chains and asset classes.
