• Client Delivery: Lead the development and delivery of services in the following areas:
• Assist with complex transactions, technical accounting standard and policy implementations, financial reporting, and operational accounting

• Process discovery & value architecture: Lead structured current-state process assessments across finance and adjacent functions (accounting, FP&A, treasury, procurement, revenue operations, HR finance, legal ops); quantify value opportunities by AI and automation tier, identify high-ROI agent use cases for the enterprise, and build the business case for AI investment with CFO-ready financial models.

• Rapid Jumpstart deployment: Deploy AI Jumpstart packages within client environments, configuring data connectors, calibrating agent logic, and validating outputs against source system controls within the first week of engagement.
• Agentic workflow design & build: Architect and implement multi-agent orchestration workflow...

• Independently lead and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
• Build and manage strong client relationships, establishing trust with new clients and serving as a reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Financial Reporting (including the design of reporting processes, restatement assistance, and traditional 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings).
• Operational Accounting (addressing the need for continuous improvement and optimization of the finance and accounting functions).

• Partner with clients to understand business goals, document requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Facilitate and support discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate business requirements.

Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices

• Lead and oversee the development of streamlined monthly close processes for clients, including cash-to-accrual conversions and creation of supporting schedules
• Validate the existence of assets and prepare associated roll forwards

• Provide guidance on all areas involving accounting/finance functions to include: financial reporting, operational accounting, technical accounting and/or corporate transactions
• Financial Reporting (including the design of reporting processes, restatement assistance, and traditional 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings)

• Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases, and maintain an integrated project plan.
• Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in all aspects of the process.

• Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate several operational systems and enhance the core business logic.
• Design, develop, and document APIs to be used by partners and other development teams.

• Manage Salesforce projects to provide on-time, high-quality work to our customers.
• Forecast project time, utilization, and revenue accurately and in a timely manner.

• Understand business goals and support discovery sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst or Product Owner to refine and prioritize user stories and features, providing technical insights to ensure they are achievable.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Sage Intacct engagements – including initial implementations and phased rollouts – applying project management discipline across scoping, milestone planning, resource and budget management, risk mitigation, and status reporting to deliver in-scope, on-time, on-budget outcomes for clients of varying size and complexity.

• Lead a wide range of Data Transformation and Analytics projects within banking or capital markets
• Support automation of workflows, reports, journals, reconciliations, and testing

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between systems using iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable with multi-system landscape including multiple different types of integrations.

• Lead technically, influence solution direction, and serve as a trusted integration expert for complex multi-system integrations and architectures.
• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between systems using iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
