It’s part of the founding philosophy of Crossbeam: Since our inception, we’ve been remote-first — every workflow, process, and tradition here is location agnostic. That means: -All important communication and collaboration happens where it’s accessible to everyone, regardless of location. -We use best tools of the trade—Zoom, Slack, Notion, and more—help us get work done and keep things fun. -We host a yearly meetup of the entire team and teams are given the space and budget to plan occasional IRL meetups. (And for those in the Philadelphia area, we have a Center City office with plenty of workspaces, conference rooms, snacks, and dogs.)
