Crooked Billet Distilling careers

Our goal is to develop high quality spirits, liquors, and meades using only locally sourced farm-fresh fruit and honey. Our distillation process is married with close relationships with local farms and apiaries, allowing us to harness the flavors of high-quality, local, sustainably sourced fruit and honey. As a part of our mindful approach to distilling, we intend to offer the byproduct of our distillation process (prime composting material) to nearby community gardens and to the local farms and apiaries where we source our fruits, honey and other natural ingredients.
