Overall Description: Responsible for managing all E&I technicians’ operations at the site; including preventative, predictive, scheduled, and nonscheduled work. This also includes maintenance of equipment, buildings, utilities, and facilities.

• Provide high level technical support to agriculture customers in a defined application area, involving customer visiting and carrying out experimental programs.
• Assume position of key technical lead and specified customers. Build relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers to persuade customers to include Croda products in their approval programs.

• Develop and lead Reliability Analysis.
• Performs and coordinates Root Cause Analysis on failed equipment and systems.
