Cribdilla is a unique approach to the residential rental market failure and pain points that exist for tenants and landlords. We are the only company attempting to fix this market by paying referral fees to departing tenants to act as agents. We are not a me-too listing platform or a buy-our-way-in "tech enabled" broker. Since we don't have agents we are scalable. We have received regulatory approval from NYS for our business model. We're newly live in the two largest RE markets on the East Coast and we are actively working to crack the code of onboarding departing tenants.
