The ‘sister idea’ that the team presented in Event Tech Hack during London Tech Week in June 2015 has won the competition. After speaking with number of accelerators and mentors CrewLance has got very good feedback and since December 2015 we are pushing forward. We are bootstrapped Startup, in the past year we have worked on building the platform and the community and we are almost there, finalising and preparing to lunch. Once when we launch the platform, we will be entering a market that is worth £40 Bn in UK only and that employs about 2,5 mil people. The Startup has the potential to disrupt the status quo in the industry and to expand worldwide. At the moment, we are part-timers, team of three: Founder, CTO and Marketing person. We are expanding our team and looking for Tech lead (co-founder) with lots of experience, to help finish the work on the platform (back end and front end). Platform is built in PHP, however we will consider developers with .NeT, Java and similar technologies. Due to the phase of the startup there are no salaries paid, work is part time and remote.
