• Reliability and incident response

Own, and be the go-to expert for, the reliability and performance of our production systems
Set and meet reliability and performance targets for the platform
Respond to production incidents and lead post-incident reviews that result in lasting fixes. We don't have a formal on-call rotation yet (it's coming), so we expect flexibility when incidents happen

• Own design for defined product areas, from understanding the problem through to working with Product and Engineering to ship the right experience
• Get close to marketers and creative teams through customer conversations, research and usability testing, using what you learn to inform design decisions

• A compelling story-teller who is exceptional at communicating, both orally and in writing
• Highly organised and meticulous with details

• Providing responsive, tactical support to users by resolving product queries via email or chat
• Becoming a subject-matter expert and owner of our platform and tools

• 8–10 years of product marketing / marketing / GTM experience, with meaningful time in startups and technology companies
• A portfolio that demonstrates high content standards: clear writing, sharp narratives, and storytelling that earns attention in a crowded market

• Be a strategic partner & adviser to CreativeX clients
• Own senior relationships with CreativeX clients and their third-party partners (e.g. Meta, Google, Media agencies), to create joint business plans for success
