Work-from-anywhere friendly

Remote support for geographically disbursed employees with flex schedules based on limited core business hours to assure overlap of team members. Required in-person events limited to quarterly or less and scheduled well in advance.

Summer fridays

Because we would rather be out with the family during the summer, we take Fridays off from Memorial Day until Labor Day. No expectation of extra hours to be made up. Nothing counted against your PTO. Just go play.

Private chef? hell, yeah!

Random bursts of mouth joy throughout the week as the office crowd enjoys free lunches, and the occasional breakfast. Stocked drinks and healthy(-ish) snacks provided. 2pm tea time some days. 3pm popcorn time other days.

Dogs welcome

Well behaved fur babies (with well behaved owners) appreciated in the office. Non-canines approved on a case by case basis. Sorry, no felines due to team member allergies.

10% allocated time for learning activities each week. Training budget for each team member for employer provided resources. Educational reimbursement up to $5250.

Team building

We have at least one major get together a year and sometimes two or three more in order to have fun, celebrate our wins, and see that everyone has more to them than a 15.3" square video image. N'Awlins, y'all!
