I am looking for someone that is a hip hop head that doesn't quite fit in at their current company because they haven't found someone who is into hip hop as much as they are. I also want someone who wants to build a company and not just dabble in the project. I am cool with it starting as a side project, but once you see how passionate people are about this stuff, you will realize how big the community (and the opportunity) can be. I am totally fine with giving equity as well. I just want someone who is willing to work and loves instrumentals. Major props if you are also a music producer. We will have a lot in common.
