Now we're looking for someone to build the pipeline engine. What You'll Do - Capture attention and convert it — own the full funnel from awareness to closed deal - Define our story and positioning — craft the narrative that resonates with buyers - Build the GTM foundation — customer insights, messaging, sales enablement - Run experiments across channels — outbound, content, events, paid. Find what works, then scale it. - Bridge marketing, sales, and customer success — create loops for acquisition and retention - Travel to conferences to pitch Craft and book qualified demos Who You Are - Early-stage experience — you've built something from near-scratch, not just managed existing systems - Strategic storyteller — you understand the buyer and know how to position a product - Experimentation mindset — you design tests, analyze data, and iterate quickly - Cross-functional operator — comfortable bridging marketing, sales, and product - Scrappy — you do a lot with limited resources.
