For most landlords real estate is an investment asset and so across the rental sector tenant experience is not a priority, meaning renters don’t get the homes they deserve. Flatsharing comes with its own set of challenges from finding flatmates and splitting costs to landlord mistrust of multiple young occupants - the COVE founding team understand this well having collectively rented in 21 flatshares around the world. They’re excited to be leveraging their past experiences in tech and consumer businesses to create better homes for young people and stronger investments for landlords. Cove is on a mission to reimagine home rental, backed up by well-know investors.
