Medical errors or adverse events are largely due to overwhelming amounts of patient data, lapses in clinical judgement, stress due to heavy patient load, or lack of evidence based practice. As a group of motivated individuals, we aim to simplify some of healthcare’s most repetitive and error prone activities and in process ensure Patient Safety. Our ultimate aim is to provide a Predictive System, that will be able to eliminate medical errors by predicting them even before they occur and predict the length of stay for every patient in a hospital. In the process, we intend to realise our objective of making hospitals, Accountable Care organisations, specifically in the domain of patient safety.
