Coursello careers

Coursello provides schools and districts with high quality online courses that combine the flexibility of asynchronous learning (learning that can happen at anytime) with the interactivity of synchronous, small-group learning (learning that happens live at a scheduled time via videoconference).

Students meet live on video conference for fifty minutes three times a week. The majority of time will be spent in seminar, when students discuss the week’s tasks or texts in teams of six with the support and facilitation of teachers and college-tutors.

Coursello software will capture discussion data and transcripts. Discussion data will include participation frequency, distribution, sequence, duration, as well as number of text references, text commentary, reflective listening statements, and questions asked. After each seminar, students review discussion data to reflect on their individual and team contributions and identify areas for improvement.
