Our founding team was formerly early Uber, Uber Eats growth, WeWork design and Opendoor ops. We started Cottage because we weren't satisfied with the status quo in residential architecture and construction and believed that we could improve outcomes massively with technology. We currently have a hybrid office model, with most teams spending 2 days per week in our San Francisco office doing collaborative and cross-functional work, while some roles are remote-flexible.
