There are informal Mentors (friends, known people) who are available currently for guidance. This process of Mentor guidance for career planning, selection and growth has been happening informally within some companies or with known people and friends and we want to organize it. Our initial MVP has shown good response in specific market & TG and we are ‘working Lean’ to continuously learn and improve our service. Next phase is expansion of areas, markets and TG. We are a group of experienced working professionals with very good corporate connections and networking. We are looking to grow our team in areas of technology and business to fulfill our mission of becoming innovative leader in career planning, career guidance, job referral market.
