• Serve as the mechanical subject-matter expert for facilities equipment, providing technical guidance to Skilled Trades, maintenance supervision, operations, engineering, and external contractors.
• Team up with Skilled Trades and supervision on system reliability, maintenance optimization, root-cause analysis, and equipment improvement initiatives.

• Define and implement improvements within quality, including operational excellence, increased technical skills, training, safety projects and performance gains.
• Drive rigor and support for quality in the form of documentation, communication and change management

• Lead capital projects that increase production capability, improve yield, reduce manufacturing cost, enhance equipment reliability, or address safety and compliance needs.
• Develop project charters, business cases, capital requests, project plans, cost estimates, schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.

• Ensure all support requests, both internal and external, are fulfilled in a timely manner and assigned to appropriately qualified Systems Engineers
• Manage Salesforce.com data entry for Engineer activities

• Research customer challenges in the data center market through direct engagement, field interactions, and industry events
• Collaborate with Prototyping and Engineering teams on solution ideation and rapid prototype development to gather early customer feedback

• Support machine-system development from concept through design, build, installation, start-up, debug, and improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Materials, or Ceramic preferred)
