The total restaurant sales accounted for $825BN (and growing) in US in 2018. QSR Drive-thru is growing market (17.1 billion+ trips in 2018); 60-70% of QSR (quick service restaurants) sales come from this channel and is projected to grow YoY. 46% of total restaurant orders still come on phone channel.
