Culture and benefits at CONVELIO

Convelio’s company culture plays an important role in our daily life. It is what brought us together and what motivates us to go to work every day. This is why it was important for us to get together and put our company values into words. Throughout 2020, we sent out surveys to everyone in the company, analysed results, organised global workshops with team members from all teams and countries and created different task forces to define the exact wording and meaning of each value. We defined 5 company values, which we use every day in our recruitment processes, feedback sessions, celebrations, decision-making… 1) Think fast, be agile - We always answer any request that comes our way as fast as possible. - We adapt quickly to challenges and seize opportunities. - We are not constrained by hierarchy or rigid structure. 2) Fly high, stay humble - We have enormous ambitions as a group but no place for ego conflicts. - Don't forget where we come from, remember that this all started with two young guys in a tiny office. 3) Support others, grow together - We are interdependent, we help each other. - The biggest obstacle to success is a lack of cooperation. - We care about creating a safe environment for everyone to learn, grow, and express themselves. - We celebrate achievements together: one's win is everyone's victory. 4) Go the extra mile - We do more than is expected in everything we undertake. - We never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever give up. - Client satisfaction is our standard. Details and thoroughness are what sets us apart. 5) Innovate to simplify - We combine our creativity and problem-solving skills to challenge the status quo. - To support our ecosystem, we build simple and value-adding solutions.
