We’re Continuum Industries, an Edinburgh-based startup developing software tools that enable engineers to rapidly create and explore design options for infrastructure projects using artificial intelligence. To date, our technology, Optioneer, has successfully helped support the design of major electricity and water transmission projects at blistering speed and at a fraction of the cost of traditional design methods.

The process of planning and design of new infrastructure currently takes twice as long as construction. At Continuum Industries, we're genuinely excited about accelerating the path to Net Zero by speeding up the front-end design of new electricity transmission infrastructure.
