ConSync is a brand new startup looking to hire its first senior developer.

ConSync aims to empower general contractors to manage the commitments and communication that drive project success. At present, email is the standard communication and commitment management tool in construction; email is not just chaotic, but it lacks functionalities that construction managers need to deliver increasingly complex buildings with ever-tighter margins of error.

Unlike email, ConSync's platform will be philosophically focused on driving the creation of and adherence to commitments on jobsites. By (1) actively managing commitments and communications on jobsites, (2) empowering communication review, and (3) driving intra-company integration, ConSync will change how the construction industry works together.

ConSync is incubated and backed by Zwick Construction, a leading Utah general contractor. Beta testing will be done on Zwick's jobsites, and will be supported by Zwick's employees, subcontractors, and other partners.



Email, currently the tool of choice for construction communication, is a poor tool for general contractors.
By competing with email and integrating with existing construction management SaaS platforms, ConSync will harness industry momentum to address this critical, overlooked niche in the space.
