Considdr careers

Considdr (2014-2020) was a search engine that leveraged natural language processing to uncover important insights in full-text documents and provided a tool for users to build, visualize, and continuously update more evidenced-based beliefs based on those insights.

We started in the education technology space, where our platform was used as a classroom tool in around a dozen college classrooms. In 2018, we pivoted and focused more heavily on the search technology component of our product. Our paying and trial customers in this time included both marketing agencies and consulting firms (including a team at a "Big Five" firm). In the final months of the company, we received interest from and built proof-of-concept instances of our platform for two of the largest academic search engines in the world.

Due to the promise of our technology, Considdr was named a 2019 MassChallenge Finalist and a Built in Boston Top 50 Startup to Watch in 2020. Unfortunately, in the summer of 2020 we made the decision to begin closing up shop as we ran out of runway and weren't able to demonstrate enough sustained market traction to raise more funding.
