The problem we're solving:

You maintain everyone else's contact details and so your address book quickly gets out of date. When you change your details, it requires much effort to communicate it to everyone, while expecting them to act upon your updates.

Contact information is distributed across multiple networks, companies and devices making it hard to manage. People travel frequently so their time zone is also changing regularly, making it difficult to know when and where to contact someone.
