There are loads of online and offline content; however the majority of the content focuses on the most popular and most touristic locations, restaurants or experiences. Travel industry research highlights that the travellers feel they are stressed while planning and booking their trips due to information overload. Concio aims solving the problem by providing personalised suggestions for in-destination experiences and activities through machine learning; and book the ones travellers prefer immediately through Concio online channels such as mobile app, website, chatbots and voice assistants. We are at the early stagiest of the company and exploring further opportunities in the travel industry given the travel industry is impacted largely by Covid-19. All team members are working remote and holding shares in the company provide, so they can truly shape the future of Concio.
