As a member of the Concha family, you will be on the front lines of the digital health revolution, working on one of the most significant yet underserved challenges today, hearing loss. Over 1 Billion people worldwide have hearing loss, including nearly half of our team and our founder Amy Li (Stanford MBA, UC Berkeley Engineering), current user of our revolutionizing hearing technology. An alarming 80% of people with hearing loss don't gain access to solutions that would help them. We are solving the frictions of pricing, accessibility, reduced stigma and personalized audio quality. Our solution is patented, 5-10x less expensive, can be set up at home or wherever you are, and sponsored by both the National Science Foundation and UCSF Rosenman Institute. You will be joining the team at an exciting time - we’ve started our Beta and are gearing up for Launch. You will have the responsibility to create and execute the logistical flow of our physical products and continue to innovate and expand on it. You’ll help improve the technology and user experience with what you do, and ultimately work with and meet real users impacted by your work (including us). We're backed by investors including Yu Galaxy Fund, StartX, SkyDeck, MedMountain VC, Cantos VC, NSF and UCSF, and we have multiple patents granted. We are a multidisciplinary team tackling meaningful challenges that people with hearing loss face, to empower people to learn about and hear clearly from the comfort of their homes.
