Our founding team is comprised of experienced individuals who have previously built companies from the ground up. We’re implementing all that we’ve learned, including best practices in transparency, autonomy, effective planning and lean methodology to make Complete an efficient company with an enriching environment. The product and culture at Complete is defined together, through proactive and thoughtful weekly discussions. We build, test and iterate quickly because we utilize a culture based on autonomy and transparency. We try not to assign tasks, but rather ask each other to complete difficult challenges, which allows us the independence to use our creativity and intelligence to best accomplish our goals.
