Jobs at Common Heir

Did you know? In 2018, in the US alone, almost 7.9 billion units of rigid plastic was manufactured just for cosmetic products. Less than 9% of plastics have ever been recycled. It's time to build the future we want to live in. Common Heir is disrupting the beauty industry by creating sustainable skincare for all with ZERO plastic packaging. Led by two women of color who have a combined 12+ years of clean beauty industry experience, Common Heir's mission to create rituals that are both beautiful AND sustainable, that we'd feel proud to pass down to the future. We've been featured in Allure, NYTimes, Good Morning America, PopSugar, Byrdie, and more. Everything we create is made to become your new favorite product, crafted with intention, attention to detail — from formula, to packaging, to manufacturing — and respect and reverence for the environment. We do all the legwork so that you don't have to compromise between what's good for your skin and the planet. Our products are clinically tested, EWG Verified, Leaping Bunny Certified, and sustainably sourced. We're 1% for the Planet members, and have helped remove over 2,000 pounds of ocean micro-plastics through our nonprofit partnerships.
