Our vision is for a world where commercial contracts are APIs. To realize this vision, we're building open-source, standard contracts that turn commercial agreements into highly-structured data. Our contract acceleration platform uses these standards as a baseline to help sales and legal teams negotiate, approve and sign agreements faster.
