Expect to run quick usability tests, hand off components that devs love, and defend every interaction with a why that traces back to user value. Technical Project Lead – Half scrum master, half client whisperer. You turn fuzzy ideas into road-mapped releases, keep sprint velocity honest, and make sure scope creep dies on the whiteboard, not in code. We hire for ownership, clarity, and velocity.
