We propose that, consistent with emerging models for primary care, we will disrupt the traditional addiction clinic model on three levels: a highly technology enabled set of processes, with predictive modeling software to identify risk of relapse and drive patient specific plans of care, facilitating robust psychotherapy in close concert with clinical treatment plans, will provide a more effective, safer clinic model producing better outcomes. And by building highly technology enabled, white-glove environments, where clinical pathways software assists clinicians in honing more effective care plans; we take the risk, fear and shame out of opioid addiction treatment for patients and providers.
