Collectorism aims to be a popular movement to put swapping and buying and selling into a structured collector community where collectors interact with each other openly, simply and at low cost. We challenge the costs of big players like eBay and offer collectors who have avoided these sites a friendly home to come together.

Collecting is an area that has been radically changed by the internet. Shops are closing and commerce is moving online, dominated by well-established machines, which are expensive and seem to have forgotten their customers.

Lots of activity also takes place privately. People want to avoid cost and have no structured forum for bilateral swapping and selling. Especially not focused purely on collectibles.

We put collectors first. Our site is easy to use and pricing is friendly as an alternative to other popular high cost marketplaces. Not only do we attack the establishment, we welcome the ordinary collector.
