Looking for a COO. Candidate should have strong background in broker dealer operations and compliance. Ideal candidate should have strong understanding of stock issuance and secondary market trading. Responsibilities and requirements including, but not limited to below. Responsibilities: • Managing the issuance of securities o SEC Filing o Allocation o Clearance o KYC/AML • Managing Secondary Markets Operations o Clearing o Trading o Cash Management • Managing Compliance o Retail communications Requirements: • Strong understanding of stock issuance processes o SEC o Escrow and cash management o Allocation o Pricing • Secondary Market Operations Experience o Clearing o BD operations experience • Senior Compliance Experience o Series 24 o JD is a plus, but not a specific requirement
